Why This Site Exists
Imperial Beach keeps ordinances, minutes, permits, and other municipal files, but the San Diego County Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk holds deeds, liens, ownership data, and local vital records. The San Diego Superior Court runs the party-name index, and the Registrar of Voters controls voter information under California law. State license boards, business filings, and regional archives add more paths. We organize those official tools, contacts, and access limits so a reader can move from an Imperial Beach fact to the office that can verify it.
